CAN-AM OUTLANDER XT 1000R/XT 850/XT 650
The Can-Am Outlander XT receives all the Outlander ATV family upgrades to improve performance, handling, comfort and styling. The XT packages also include many value-added, performance-enhancing parts to that offer a functional purpose, benefit to the rider and an improved appearance. Along with the industry-exclusive Mossy Oak Break-Up Country camo finish, the Outlander XT family arrives in 2019 with a new Black & Can-Am Red coloration.
- Tri-Mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS)
The Tri-Mode DPS system features three modes (MIN, MED and MAX) allowing riders to select the desired amount of steering assist to adjust to the terrain requirements and to his riding style. All modes offer less assist at high speed to keep maximum steering feel to the rider and more assist at low speed to reduce steering effort.
- Visco-Lok QE front differential
All DPS-equipped models come with the Visco-Lok QE calibration giving an even quicker engagement of the front differential.
- NEW 14-inch (35.6 cm) cast-aluminum wheels
New cast-aluminum 14-inch (35.6 cm) wheels feature an 8-spoke design with a custom finish and an ultra-strong design.
- 26-inch (66 cm) ITP Terra Cross tires
Durable 26-inch (66 cm) ITP Terra Cross tires supply versatile traction in varying terrain.
- 3,000-lb. WARN winch
WARN is a highly respected name in the off-road industry. The Outlander XT has a 3,000-lb. (1,361 kg) winch with roller fairlead.
- Heavy-duty front and rear bumpers
For an edgier and more rugged trim, the XT models include heavy-duty front and rear bumpers.
- NEW Digital display
The new 4.5-inch (11.4 cm) digital display (XT 1000R only) includes a speedometer, tachometer, odometer, trip and hour meters. A diagnostic center, gear position, engine hour meter, 4x4 indicator, temperature light, engine light, fuel gauge and clock are also part of the standard package.
- Handlebar wind deflectors
Wind deflectors provide improved protection from brush and cold weather and also offer a distinguished look.
- 625-W magneto
The most powerful magneto in the industry can be found on the Outlander XT. At 625-W, it means more amps for running accessories.
- Radio Frequency (RF) Digitally Encoded Security System (D.E.S.S.)
The RF D.E.S.S. requires a specific key to operate the vehicle. Each all-terrain vehicle includes both a performance key and regular key. Can-Am is the only manufacturer to offer a factory-installed anti-theft device as standard equipment.
- NEW Colors available
The Outlander XT 1000R ATV is offered in a new Black & Can-Am Red and Intense Red, while the 850 and 650 models are offered in the same colors and an optional, industry-exclusive Mossy Oak Break-Up Country Camo finish for 2019.
