Sound systems designed for the UTV experience

Published in the July 2017 Issue July 2017 New Products Steve Janes

When Oscar Hammerstein wrote the lyrics for the classical movie “Sound of Music” he probably didn’t realize how prophetic that the opening line “The hills are alive with the sound of music” would later be in reference to OHVs’ audio systems.

Although many enjoy the sound of a 4-stroke engine roaring down the trail, thanks to advanced technology, you can now also enjoy your favorite tunes while you participate one of your favorite activities.

For some, it’s not necessarily about music, but rather about communicating. We have also included a multi-band radio system so you can keep in touch with other riders while you’re exploring the mountains.

So whether it be sound bars, Bluetooth systems, amplifiers or what have you, here’s a closer look at some of the best all-weather systems on the market.

Another option is the ATV30BRGB Plug & Play System. Just plug it into any power port, or use the included hard wire solution, and you have an amplified Bluetooth sound system to make your ride a whole lot louder. This system has an inline controller to easily adjust volume and tracks to play through the dual speakers and tweeters.
