In response to the growing concerns over Coronavirus the Rally on the Rocks team has and will be enacting the following policies and safety precautions.
Recently, event organizers were in meetings with Grand County (Utah) local government health officials. The fact that we are about two months gives us time to react that could influence a number such as our raffle dinners. Your health and welfare are our No. 1 concern.
Policy/Procedures
- If you have any type of flu-like symptoms please stay home and let the event organizers know. They will refund your money.
- Cleanliness is next to Godliness so there will be numerous hand wash stations placed around the arena area. This is on top of the existing facilities provided by the arena.
- The rally is a social event so best practices will be used as they evolve.
- The Grand County Council has asked that we follow all of their guidelines as they adapt to the concerns of the public.
Also, a reminder, make sure you are street legal (it's the law) before you come for a great experience or come prepared to trailer to trailheads. So many awesome events and great giveaways for this year’s rally, which is scheduled for May 12-16. If you are a vendor you can be part of the largest side-by-side rally in the country.
