The 2019 NOHVCC Annual Conference is in the books. The 2020 Conference will be in Knoxville, TN, Aug. 18-22. Now it is time to turn our attention to selecting a site for the 2021 Conference.
NOHVCC conferences bring together the best and brightest in the OHV community including enthusiasts, agency personnel, other land managers and industry representatives. Each conference also has a local feel, as attendees visit a nearby riding area and include several presentations from local interests. Further, the participants tend to fill up the host hotel and nearby restaurants.
NOHVCC is soliciting requests for the opportunity to bring the 2021 conference to your area.
It takes quite a bit of planning and funding to pull off one of these events, so NOHVCC is interested in serious inquiries from agencies, chambers of commerce, state OHV associations and others who are interested in being involved in the exciting process of hosting an annual NOHVCC conference.
NOHVCC has just begun its search, so it asks that anyone with questions or proposals reach out at trailhead@nohvcc.org.
Depending on responses received, NOHVCC may implement a more formal request for proposals, but it wanted to reach out as soon as possible to get the ball rolling.
