VooDoo Axles
Motor Master Powersports introduces VooDoo axles for ATVs and UTVs with lift kits or extended A-arms and require long travel suspension. These high-strength axles utilize a revolutionary design that enables them to extend and compress, thereby accommodating long suspension travel. VooDoo Axles can also operate at narrower angles than other axles.
Typical axles use inboard CV joints that must operate at an angle while also allowing for suspension travel. This dual-purpose design limits articulation angle to about 25 degrees, while travel is restricted to between 1.25 and1.5 inches, which is inadequate for ATVs and UTVs fitted with lift kits or long travel suspension.
VooDoo axles utilize a fixed Rzeppa inner CV joint to allow 45 degrees of articulation. Two inches of smooth travel is provided by a ball bearing-supported slip spline in the axle shaft. The long travel helps to prevent disengagement of the inner CV joints from the transaxle when the suspension is at full droop.

Precision Billet now offers the Ultimate Rolled Radius Cage package for the new Polaris RZR XP 4 900. The continuous rolled radius design allows for a clean look with fewer welds. The cage is constructed from 2-inch DOM or 40 percent lighter 2-inch 6061 aircraft aluminum. Precision Billet’s sport cages include front and rear tube bumpers with frame plate construction and a bead rolled aluminum roof. The radius cage features a center mirror bung for easy installation of the company’s billet 9-inch convex mirror (sold separately).
Custom powdercoating colors are available. Standard colors are black, red, white and gray. The cage weighs 175 lbs. with the roof in steel or 95 lbs. in aluminum.

Kurt’s has recently produced a custom line of aluminum wheels designed specifically for use on side-by-sides and ATVs. The wheels are available in 4x156 bolt patterns and are available in 14x7 and 14x8 as well as 15x7 and 15x8 wheel sizes.
These wheels allow for summer, all terrain and off-road car tires to be utilized, which carry a variety of performance benefits over low pressure off-road tires, more specifically, a smoother ride with longer lasting rubber and no high speed shimmy.
