One of the biggest and best ATV events anywhere is scheduled for Aug. 3-7 in Winchester Bay, OR, at the Oregon Dunes along the Oregon coast.
DuneFest, winner of the Ovation Award for "The Best Sporting Event in Oregon," is a five-day event offering everything related to ATVs. That includes activities for kids and adults such as motocross racing, sand drags, a poker run, treasure hunt, Show N' Shine, drive-in movie night, charity auction freestyle shows, vendor row and, of course, food.
The event, sponsored by the Reedsport/Winchester Bay Chamber of Commerce, attracts more than 10,000 people and is the place to be seen and to see all that's new in the ATV industry. By the time you read this, camping registration will have been opened so if you plan on attending, you had better make reservations soon.
