Because we had to head home on Saturday, we didn't participate in an official ride sponsored by the Rally on the Rocks event. Instead we headed out on our own and rode portions of Hell's Revenge and Fins & Things before loading up and heading home.
On our abbreviated Hell's Revenge ride we rode out to the Abyss Viewpoint and then took a little used alternate route back to the main trail. The Abyss Viewpoint is worth the stop as the canyon offers a cool view.
As for Fins & Things we rode the entire loop south of the main road that bisects the trail and portions of the trail north of the road. Friday's ride was pretty warm and sunny but on Saturday it was overcast and really pleasant. The ride on Saturday was short but definitely sweet.
