Day one at the 2013 Rally on the Rocks is in the books and
it was a whole lot of fun, which is no surprise to us or anyone else who loves
to ride in Moab,
UT.
It's ALWAYS a good time when you for off-roading in Moab. The
trails are incredible and the scenery simply astounding.
Today part of the Dirt
Toys Magazine crew tackled Fins 'n Things while another of our staff went
on and the Behind the Rocks trail south of Moab. Today we would have called
Fins 'n Things "Fun 'n Things" because that's exactly what it was.
And Behind the Rocks, well it's not for the faint of heart.
Actually, the Dirt
Toys crew that went on Fins 'n Things also hit Hell's Revenge when they
were done with Fins. We just took a quick spin around Hell's Revenge before
heading back to town.
Fins 'n Things has a No. 4 rating while Behind the Rocks is
a 7. Even temps that hit 89 degrees F didn't take away from the fun of the day.
A slight breeze helped keep things cool.
