Valcourt, Quebec – BRP is expanding its lineup of advanced Can-Am side-by-side vehicles with the addition of two all-new Can-Am Maverick Sport packages. The new models deliver exhilarating performance in a 60-inch (152.4 cm) platform, ideal for people who want to explore trails with confidence.

The two new packages—a base and a DPS—feature cutting-edge design, performance-driven innovation and award-winning Can-Am Maverick heritage. They are built from the ground-up to enhance the rider experience and provide confidence on the trails, so people can focus more on creating lasting off-road memories with friends and family.

“The new Can-Am Maverick Sport is the best side-by-side vehicle we have ever developed for sporty trail riding,” Bernard Guy, Senior VP, Global Product Strategy, said. “With Can-Am ingenuity, awesome Rotax power and incredible handling and comfort, they’re the perfect choice for people who want to tackle off-road adventures and challenges.”

The base and DPS Can-Am Maverick Sport models feature a 75 hp 976cc Rotax V-Twin engine, while the DPS 1000R model is available with a 100 hp version of the high-torque, high-performance motor. Both packages are calibrated for sport riding, with a focus on precision, stability, and traction.

The base model comes in white, while the DPS 1000 and 1000R models come in Can-Am Red. The DPS 1000R is also available in Sunburst Yellow. There are nearly 150 accessories available, so people can customize their Maverick Sport to fit their needs.

The Can-Am Maverick Sport will arrive at dealerships in June. For additional information and technical specifications on the new Maverick Sport side-by-side vehicles, visit www.CanAmOffRoad.com.
