The engineers at RT Pro have been hard at work designing a wide range of suspension options and body armor and accessories for the late model for the 2017 UTV lineup.
One of the latest products to hit the market are nerf bars for the 2017 Polaris Ace 900 XC. Designed, tested and built right here in the USA, these nerf bars are built to provide extra protection and rigidity keeping the sides of your 900 XC out of harm’s way by deflecting rocks, trees and other hazards when you’re bombing down tight trails. The design offers additional tire coverage and features a rear kicker to keep the rear tires from getting snagged off-road. Additionally they make for a sturdy step to get in and out of your side-by-side.
The bars are built from 1-inch OD x .095-inch DOM tubing with 16 gauge steel, formed and dimple die cut with the RT logo. These nerf bars are fully welded and bring a new level of strength and rigidity by tying into the Ace 900 XC at three mounting points. They come finished in a durable gloss black powdercoat finish with all mounting hardware included. Installation is a breeze as these bars bolt-on with no need to cut or weld.
