Day one of the 2012 Rally on the Rocks is now in the books
and the crew of Dirt Toys Magazine
was on hand to once again enjoy the rally in Moab, UT.
The weather was overcast and the daytime temps about 80
degrees F-a perfect day for riding.
Our group went on the guided tour (our guide was Dustin
Sweeten) on the Steel Bender trail and whoever named that trail was spot on.
You can ask more than one driver how they feel about the name Steel Bender. And
some side-by-side drivers in our group found out to a greater extent than
others of us did. Enough said.
Steel Bender offers creek crossings, plenty of rock
climbing, sandy stretches, smooth rock and rock ledges. It has a difficulty
rating of 6.

on the Kymco UXV and got some great shots and video footage.
